What is the movie called that stars Haley Joel Osment?

When I was a kid, Im 20 now. There was a movie that would come on TV
starring shirley maclaine and I think Haley Joel Osment. It was a
little boy and I think MaClaine in the movie had to take care of him.

All I remember is the little boy sitting in the kitchen talking to
MaClaine while she was drinking scotch, I think it was.

Could you tell me what movie that is? I can't find anything. Thanks!
