Eisner's Tornante shops chef show

EisnerMichael Eisner may be returning to ABC -- sorta. The first sort Disney chairman is shopping a comedy series to tv producers like the Alphabet along with "Desperate Regular folksInch executive producer Rob Greenstein. Script is mentioned being inspired by real-existence chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger, whose culinary empire ranges within the Santa Monica restaurant Border Grill to Food Network's "Too Hot Tamales." The pair were featured in the chapter of Eisner's 2010 book "Cooperating: Why Great Partners Succeed." While Eisner is not active at ABC since he labored within the network in a number of programming abilities through the sixties and '70s, his company, Tornante, is not entirely in the TV business either. He showed up animated series "Glenn Martin DDS" for just about any multiseason run at Nickelodeon beginning last year and attempted to acquire a live-action project referred to as "Circling the Drain" into primetime last development season but didn't succeed. Sources close to Eisner mentioned he is not planning any large push into broadcast TV, just ongoing to pursue choose options different from film towards the web.
